Creamy, Rich and Earthy - Tender Coconut Milkshake

Instagram HandleDelicious Tender Coconut milkshake which tastes so refreshing is a wholesome nutritious summer beat. The best part is that, this is a no fuss recipe.

Coconut is a pitta pacifier and a natural coolant as 90-95% of it is made up of water making is tolerant for all body types.

Scrape the flesh from the coconut and blend it with condensed milk and sugar (optional). To be honest I am not a fan of proportions as I just see and looking at the consistency I adjust the ingredients. may add stevia if you are on a sugar free routine.

Don’t use regular coconuts used for cooking as the results won’t be that great.
Also do not freeze for too long as the drink may loose it's consistency.

Garnish it with pistachios or almonds and enjoy your delish smoothie/ shake whatever you want to call it.
